 Shipping Policy

 Order Processing 

  • We deliver from Sydney, Australia. 
  • We strive to process orders within 4-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 
  • Please note that olives are packed to order, and there may be additional delays due to manufacturing. 
  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order information. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us. 
  • If you require any assistance with your order, please reach out to us immediately at orders@molives.com.au. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. 
  • Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. If an order is returned due to an inaccurate address, we will reimburse the original order amount (excluding shipping charges) and request that you resubmit the order. 
  • After your order has been dispatched, third party logistics providers will handle the delivery process. Please note that we have no control over the specific manner of delivery (e.g., home delivery or designated pickup location). 
  • We do not offer delivery to P.O. Box addresses. 
  • Deliveries to rural areas or locations outside metro areas may be subject to special freight charges.

 

Damaged Goods

 

  • If your items are damaged in transit due to improper packaging on our part, we will resend your order at no additional cost. 
  • In the event of damage caused by careless handling by Aramex or TNT, we will submit a claim for reimbursement through their respective websites. This process may take some time. Additionally, when picking up your order, please file a complaint directly with the service provider and document any damage with pictures.
